Food Processing is reporting on a developing story involving a mass shooting at the Molson Coors complex in in Milwaukee, Wisc.
As of Thursday morning, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting six people have died, including the gunman. In the report, the gunman has been identified as a 51 year old male who worked for the beverage giant.
Police were called to Molson Coors campus at 3939 W. Highland Ave. at 2:11 p.m. Reports indicate, employees were notified by email at 2:19 p.m. that an active shooter was in or near the second-floor stairwell of the sprawling factory’s Building 4.
Molson Coors said there was an "active situation" at the Milwaukee facility and the company was working closely with police. "Our top priority is our employees and well provide updates in conjunction with the police as we are able," the company tweeted.

According to reports, several emergency text messages were sent to employees warning them of a shooter on the complex.
The MillerCoors office at 3939 W. Highland Blvd. had 610 jobs, consisting of human resources, financing and information technology. The main brewery on West State Street and a smaller, recently expanded brewery, at 1515 North 10th St.. Together there were 750 jobs at Molson Coors Milwaukee.
Multiple local and federal law enforcement agencies, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, were in assistance through the situation.
US Sen. Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin described the incident as a mass shooting.
