Speciality food products distributor The Chefs’ Warehouse has acquired certain assets of Harris Seafood to accelerate the growth of its seafood category in Orlando and South Florida.
based in Orlando, Florida, Harris Seafood supplies a wide range of seafood products including Bayshore Oysters, Soft Shell Clams and Blue Point Oysters across the US.
The company claims that its products are sourced directly from watermen in the Mid-Atlantic and are processed at its facilities and shipped to markets throughout the country.

In January, The Chefs’ Warehouse substantially acquired the assets of Sid Wainer & Son.
