Bannisters Farm has added a new variety of roast potatoes to its range of frozen potato products.

Left in their skin for extra tastiness, cooked, seasoned and shaken with oil, before being frozen to lock in flavour and nutrients, Farmers Roasting Potatoes eliminate the hours of preparation and cooking typically required when producing roast potatoes.

Zoe Bannister, commercial director of Bannisters Farm, says, "Weve been making roast potatoes for years, but with all of the emphasis on nutrition recently, we began to wonder why we were scraping the best bits off. So, for these roast potatoes, weve left the skin on, with all of the taste and goodness that it contains."

As the potatoes have not been pre-fried, coated or battered at any point, they are suitable for those with gluten-free or dairy-free dietary requirements.
