Kara, the foodservice brand of Fletchers Group of Bakeries, has launched a range of floured baps.

The Ultimate Floured range includes standard and premium baps and rolls.

Head of foodservice at Fletchers Group, Chris Haddy, says, "The launch of our Ultimate Floured range expands our existing top selling range of floured baps. It includes a premium DeliDog roll and a premium Floured Bap.

"The new range of baps are highly flexible and can be used as sandwich carriers, salad or soup accompaniments, breakfast rolls, burger carriers and for world food fillings like jerk chicken, pulled pork and hot dogs with chipotle, Mexican and bratwurst flavours.

"What we set out to capture with the new baps are essential qualities of premium appearance, soft texture and delicate taste through upgrades to the traditional bap recipe."
