Sensient Flavors has launched a caramel sauce range, suitable for use in confectionery products and dairy applications.
The sauces combine high quality caramel with premium extracts and natural flavours. They can be used as fillings for chocolates, candies, pralines and chocolate bars. In addition, they can be used as toppings, ripples and bottom or top layers for ice creams, yogurts, chilled and frozen desserts.
The company has created a selecion of nine pralines with flavoured caramel fillings – ranging from chai tea flavours to salted orange – to allow customers to experience the products for themselves.
The sauces can be adjusted in terms of texture and viscosity as well as flavour. All products in the range are ambient stable and can be delivered in a range of bulk packaging formats to suit all manufacturing needs.
