IFF has entered into an agreement to acquire Health Wright Products, a provider of formulation and capsule manufacturing services for the dietary supplement industry. 

The Oregon-based company is a long-time business partner of IFF’s Health & Biosciences probiotics business. It manufactures custom formulations, and delivers encapsulation and packaging designed to meet industry requirements for probiotic products. 

The acquisition will bring these capabilities to IFF’s probiotics, natural extracts and botanicals businesses, allowing for development of custom formulation and combination products through joint capabilities. 

The company’s more than 225 employees will continue retain their positions after the sale.
