Alcohol-free cocktails, veggie-powered bread, and functional oat butter bars are among this week’s new food and beverage products.

In time for Dry January and in line with the “sober curious” movement, AF Drinks is introducing its new non-alcoholic Free AF line — including Apero Spritz, Paloma, Cuba Libre, and Vødka Spritz varieties — to the U.S.
The drinks, inspired by popular alcoholic cocktails, are low in calories and sugar. A key ingredient in mimicking the sensation of drinking alcohol is the botanical extract Afterglow.
The Free AF line is available for purchase on Amazon and through the brand’s website, with availability in Sprouts and other retailers coming in March.

Bolthouse Farms plans to launch eight new products this year, including a new Energy line and an expansion of the Goodness line.
The Energy beverage line contains 3 ¾ servings of fruits and vegetables per bottle, with energy from the addition of natural green coffee bean extract and L-Theanine.
The new addition to the Goodness line — Golden Goodness — will launch in March and also offers 3 ¾ servings of fruits and vegetables per bottle, from a blend of banana, mango, and yellow carrots.

Thousand Hills Lifetime Grazed announced the launch of its new fully cooked barbeque products in Barbeque Shredded Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork varieties.
The new products are American Grassfed Association-certified, made with Triple Crown Organic BBQ Sauce, and packaged in a recyclable 14 oz. microwavable and oven-safe tray for convenience.
Both the Barbeque Shredded Beef Brisket and Barbeque Pulled Pork products are available for purchase through the brand’s website and at retailers nationwide.

Sara Lee White Bread Made with Veggies is the latest new product from Sara Lee Bread.
The new bread contains the equivalent of one cup of veggies in each loaf, is a good source of vitamins, and is made without artificial colors, flavors, or high-fructose corn syrup.
White Bread Made with Veggies is available for the suggested price of $4.49 per 18 oz. loaf at food and grocery retailers nationwide.

Icelandic snack brand Næra introduced its new sustainable fish jerky snacks at the 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show — Fish Jerky Crunch (in Cheesy Chili and Buttery Herb flavors) and Ready-to-Eat Dried Crunchy Capelin.
The new snacks are the first hybrid fish snacks, made with Icelandic cheese and butter and locally harvested, sustainable seafood. The Ready-to-Eat Dried Crunchy Capelin is a gently-dried snack containing no added salt or oil.
The new snacks join the brand’s Power Protein Crunch, Very Gouda Crunch Jalapeno, and Strawberry Skyr Crunch products. All Næra’s snacks are free of GMOs, wheat, gluten, nuts, soy, and preservatives.

Frozen plant-based food company Tattooed Chef announced the launch of its new functional Oat Butter Bars in four flavors — Chocolate Chip, Brownie, Peanut, and Graham.
The refrigerated bars are made with oat butter and offer the functional benefits of ashwagandha, holy basil, reishi, and Vitamin D3. Each bar has 12 to 14 grams of plant-based pea protein but doesn’t contain any gluten, soy, or added sugars.
The Non-GMO Project Verified bars are now available for the suggested price of $2.99 to $3.49 at selec retailers.
