Michigan State University is hosting a two-day Executive Education program to discuss how to Create a Food Safety Culture within the workplace June 13-15, 2023.
The program, “Creating a Food Safety Culture Executive Education,” will take place on campus and will bring food safety experts together to engage in meaningful conversations on behavior change and its influence on organizations. Former FDA Deputy Commissioner of Food Policy and Response Frank Yiannas, a Food Safety Expert and MSU Adjunct Faculty member, will facilitate the program.
Attendees will gain pivotal insight into the ever-changing food safety environment and invaluable networking connections with industry and regulatory executives from around the world.
According to the event organizer MSU online Food Safety Program, “Titles of individuals that have attended the program include VP of Global QA operations, Director of FSQA, Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager, VP of Quality Assurance and Food Safety, Food Safety Compliance Specialist, Corporate Food Safety Group Leader, and Food Safety Coordinator—to name a few! Some executives that attend are also students pursuing their Michigan State University (MSU) Masters in Food Safety degree.”
The program will feature a guest lecture by Bill Marler, JD, Managing Partner, Marler Clark LLP PS.
