Hain Daniels Group subsidiary Hain Frozen Foods UK has acquired soup product manufacturer Yorkshire Provender.

The companies have not disclosed financial details of the transaction.

Established in 2007, Yorkshire Provender produces branded soups for retailers, on-the-go food outlets and food service providers in the UK.

Yorkshire Provender will now continue its operations from its existing location in Yorkshire.

Last year, the company reported £6m in net sales.
