Tyson Foods has announced that it will use birds raised with No Antibiotics Ever (NAE) for all its branded chicken products.

The company’s NAE chicken products have been rolled out across retail stores in the US.

The Tyson brand offerings include Tyson Fresh and Frozen Chicken, Naturals Chicken, Grilled & Ready Chicken, Anytizers Snacks, Tyson Chicken Nuggets and Crispy Strips.

Tyson Foods has also released a documentary film series that coincides with the NAE announcement, addresses several misconceptions about the brand, and focuses on the way chickens are raised.

Tyson brand senior marketing director Duke Zandstra said: "The videos and our NAE commitment represent a big step for the Tyson brand in our efforts to act sustainably and transparently.

Tyson Foods provides chicken, beef and pork, as well as prepared foods such as bacon, breakfast sausage, turkey, lunchmeat, hot dogs, pizza crusts and toppings, tortillas and desserts.
