Formulated using the brand’s knowledge in olive varieties and organoleptic assessment expertise, the new blends are tested twice a day to ensure required physical and sensory characteristics.

The new Carapelli Organic Extra Virgin products comprise 100% organic olives and a blend of a variety of high-quality extra virgin oils with a fresh aroma and a balanced taste.

Developed from the first pressing of the whole olive, the new Carapelli Organic Unfiltered Extra Virgin blend features a cloudy and rustic appearance extracted from the olives’ light pulp.

The blend comes with a vibrant, spicy aroma and a nutty, peppery and bitter taste.

Both blends are Non-GMO Project Verified and USDA Organic, and comply with testing standards of both the International Olive Council (IOC) and the EU.

The blends are packaged in a newly designed bottle that features spiral groves and dark-tinted glass to protect the oil, as well as a cork-style pour spout to ensure easy usage.
