The Hershey Company has launched new Reese’s Outrageous bars with caramel and peanut butter.

The new bars will be available across the nation, starting in May next year.

These caramel and crunchy Reese’s Pieces candy, which surround creamy peanut butter and are covered in smooth milk chocolate, will be available in various sizes such as a 1.4oz standard bar, 2.95oz king-size, and in a 10.5oz bag.

Reeses Brand gave customers their first taste of the bars in Royal Oak, US, during Spooktacular.

Prior to Outrageous bars, Reese’s launched Pieces Peanut Butter Cups in May last year and Crunchy cookie Cups in May this year.

The company also launched new Hershey’s Gold bars that are a caramelised crème featuring salty peanut and pretzel bits.

"The new bars will be available across the nation, starting in May next year."

Hershey’s Franchise senior director/general manager Melinda Lewis said: “The buttery, sweet taste of Hershey’s Gold bars provides an entirely new way for consumers to enjoy our brand.

“We use a proprietary cooking process to transform the white crème into a golden bar by caramelising the crème, which helps maintain a sweet, creamy taste.

"The launch of Hershey’s Gold will introduce Americans to a new flavour and a new experience unlike any others before.”

The new Hershey’s Gold Caramelised Creme Peanuts and Pretzels will be available from 1 December this year.
