As the famous Tsingtao Brewery celebrates reaching 100 countries and regions of the world with effervescent exports sales, on the way becoming the first truly global Chinese brand, they teamed up with BON Cloud to discover touching stories about good times shared together by people around the world in the "Tsingtao Beer Story Teller" campaign.
The Chinese video production specialist BON Cloud received more than 30 story ideas from international production teams that use the platform. Another media selecion team picked out the top ten best stories they felt had universal appeal and value.
"The point should be to make a short movie about the film-makers professional accomplishments in China, mixed with the enjoyable memories of making and keeping new friends," said Anca Paduraru, a foreign correspondent with the Associated Press, commenting on a story about an Italian film director who spent eight years working in China. "To earnestly convey a human experience and a persons feelings about self, profession, others, travelling, staying away from home, and experiencing foreign culture."
To this end, this short documentary about a working life in China, stars Fabrizio Azzellini, an Italian film director. Like many creative types, Azzellini was drawn to China in the run up to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. What could have been a year filming the superficial visual elements of crowded streets and office buildings became the start of a passion for adventure, meeting new people and the influence for a life working as a filmmaker and sharing his vision with the world.
The production of "Fabrizio Azzellini" is now available for download on the Premium website of BON Cloud for international media to select, along with other Tsingtao stories filmed in Australia and Russia, and their usual China-focused videos.
