Nutec, New Lenox, Ill., updated the design of its 790E C-frame Depositor to provide accurate filling placement down the line, up to 1.5-inch thick, at up to 45,000 deposits per hour.

Ideal for refrigerated and frozen food products, the 790E C-frame Depositor is 100% electric and completely eliminates the need for hydraulic oil.

Plus, the updated design enables the equipment to fit right into existing production lines to deposit cookie dough and fillings for stuffed sandwiches, quesadillas, calzones, sandwich wraps, cordon bleu, burritos, egg rolls, hamburgers, pies, chicken kiev and stuffed seafood shells. Nutec’s unique feed system uses a rotating spiral that gently moves the product to the rotary vane pump. Bridging and overworking are eliminated because the product is neither rolled nor tumbled. This provides excellent particle definition and piece identity in finished products.
