Flexible packaging manufacturer ProAmpac has unveiled an updated range of child-resistant, reclosable, easy-open (CRREO) pouches in an expanded range of sizes.
ProAmpac’s CRREO pouches meet all of the compliance requirements of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
The pouches are specially formulated to package personal and home care, chemical and agricultural products, as well as pharmaceutical, health and cannabis merchandise.
ProAmpac chief commercial officer Adam Grose said: “ProAmpac offers CRREO pouches with third-party certification to multiple performance standards, giving our North American customers the advantage of competitive pricing, shorter lead times and lower shipping costs compared to offshore suppliers.”
The CRREO pouches are also approved by the Canadian government as part of child-resistant testing.
Manufactured in Rochester, New York, they are distributed to customers nationwide, with next-day shipping readily available.
The CRREO pouches are certified from 8.5×6” through to 13.5×9” in multiple sizes and formats, including flat and stand-up packaging. They feature a choice of clear, opaque, and foil barriers, with customers able to choose from press to close and slider sealing options.
The pouches can be designed by each customer to match their brand requirements, with support from ProAmpac’s in-house graphics department. Should a customer wish to modify the product in-house, the pouches can be also ordered in clear or opaque unprinted options. The company has been manufacturing pouches for 25 years and is able to lend its expertise to every part of the manufacturing process.
ProAmpac senior account manager Caleb Paterson said: “We not only have a greater range of pouch sizes, we fill order quantities from 1 to 1-million plus, allowing us to serve various customer and market requirements.”
