Aether Group Pty Ltd T/a Aether Brewing is conducting a recall of Ginger Beerd 9kg per cartons. The product has been available for sale at Aether Brewery, bottle shops, pubs and hotels in QLD.

Date markings
Packaged on date on can label 29/06/19 and best before date on carton.

Problem
The recall is due to the potential for alcohol to exceed marked alcohol content and possibility for can to pop open due to a secondary fermentation.

Food safety hazard
Food products with excessive carbonation may cause injury and consumers will not know actual alcohol content of the product.

What to do​
Consumers should not drink this product and if the can is showing any signs of excess pressure (bulging) dispose of immediately. Consumer should return the product to Aether Brewing 35 Railway Tce, Milton for exchange or full refund.
