AMC Foods has launched The British Oil & Relish Co. in response to consumer demand for British extra virgin rapeseed oil.

All made from the companys original Kentish Oils Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, the nationally branded range of oils, along with mayonnaises, salad dressings and relishes, launched at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2015 at London Olympia in September.

The initial range comprises original, garlic & herb blend, chilli blend and lemon blend oils in addition to a classic mayonnaise. There are then a further three salad dressings (honey & mustard, caramelised shallot and Country Garden Vinaigrette) and two mayonnaises (chilli and lemon) already developed and ready to launch in the near future.

The shelf life from time of production is eight months for the mayonnaises, 16 months for the dressings and 18 months for the oils.
