Wales, UK-based pastry manufacturer Peters Food Service has teamed up with Bisto gravy brand owner Premier Foods to launch a new range of frozen Bisto pies.

The 235g pies will be available in perforated heatproof film in four varieties, including: Chicken & Mushroom, Steak, Steak & Kidney and Minced Beef & Onion.

These traditional fillings will be covered in gravy, encased in a short crust pastry base and topped with a puff pastry lid.

James Osgood, central foodservice sales director for Peters, says, "We are delighted to launch this new pie range with Bisto, the UKs number one gravy brand that has featured in home cooked meals for generations and is bought by 58% of British households every year."

The Bisto pie range can be oven cooked or microwaved from frozen.
