Graze has launched energy fuelled Protein Bites in three flavours: Banana, Cocoa Vanilla and Honey & Seed.

The oat based bites come in portioned multipacks containing 4g of protein in each serving. Their square shape is perfect for popping in handbags or pockets for a snack while on the go.

Protein based foods have soared in popularity in recent years, with many people looking for healthy alternatives to provide a long lasting energy boost throughout the day.
