GNT Group has expanded its range of green Exberry Coloring Foods with the launch of a new powder that is made from turmeric and spirulina.

Exberry Shade Bright Green is designed for dry and powdered applications, such as bakery mixes and seasonings. In addition, the powder is created from edible, plant-based raw materials that use only traditional physical processing methods. 

GNT explained that manufacturers can now deliver “bluish-green” shades in almost any application while maintaining clean and clear labels.

Due to turmeric’s natural sensitivity to light, GNT recommends opaque or non-transparent packaging for optimal performance.
