Sartori Cheese has appointed Bert Sartori as its new CEO, succeeding his father Jim, who served as chief executive for nearly 30 years.

Bert Sartori has more than 17 years of experience in finance, operations and business development. According to his linkedIn, he has worked at Sartori since 2016, holding various leadership roles, such as production supervisor, executive vice president of sales and president.

Founded in 1939, Sartori Cheese produces a wide range of cheeses, including cheddar, parmesan and asiago.
