Aldi has announced that it will be recruiting for 3,000 store roles, as well as 1,500 roles across its Regional Distribution Centres in the UK, ahead of the festive period.

With the festive period fast approaching, Aldi has announced that it will be recruiting for 3,000 store roles to support the retailer at the busy time of year. 

The discount supermarket is hiring both temporary and permanent store positions to help replenish stock and provide further assistance to customers during the Christmas season.

Back in 2022, Aldi reported achieving its “best ever festive sales results”, something that was likely supported by it attracting “more than half a million new customers from more expensive Big Four supermarkets” last Christmas.

In fact, in December 2022, Aldi reported a sales growth of +0.4 percent compared to 2021.

Jumping back to this year, the discount retailer has highlighted that it is also recruiting across its Regional Distribution Centres in the UK, with an additional 1,500 roles available including Warehouse Selectors, Logistics Assistants, and Warehouse Cleaners.
