Mexico-based Industrias Bachoco has reached an agreement through its subsidiary OK Foods to acquire US-based Albertville Quality Food. 

The acquiring company is involved in the production and processing of poultry and other food products, while the target company is engaged in processed food business.

US-based investment firm Arlon Group has announced the acquisition of a minority stake in the Brazilian dairy company CBL Alimentos SA (Betania). 

"The acquisition is expected to increase Teasdale Latin’s footprint in the Hispanic foods market."

Teasdale Latin Foods has completed the acquisition of Rudys Tortillas.

Snow Phipps Group holds a majority stake in Teasdale Latin. 

The acquisition is expected to increase Teasdale Latin’s footprint in the Hispanic foods market, while advancing Snow Phipps strategy of providing comprehensive Hispanic foods to a more diverse customer base.
