Financial details of the investment have not been revealed by either company.

Established in 1972, Golding Farms operates an SQF level 3-certified facility with processing and packaging capabilities.

The company offers Asian sauces, honey, aiolis, steak sauces, syrups, Worcestershire sauces and relishes.

With more than three decades of experience in the food industry, entrepreneur and executive John Frostad will join Golding Farms as CEO.
