Aunt Bessie’s is recalling Aunt Bessie’s Croquettes because the packs may also include potato balls which contain egg which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product poses a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to egg. The affected product is only sold in Lidl.

Aunt Bessie’s is recalling the above product from customers and has been advised to contact relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall. The company has also issued a point-of-sale notice to Lidl for display in stores.
