"We own 2 hectares of greenhouse plantations and 2 hectares of open-field plantations. Tourists can come to pick their own blueberries. In general, most tourists come from Qingdao, but some of them come from abroad. This is a new trend in the blueberry industry, and I think that more companies will follow in the future. This activity gives tourists the opportunity to experience both the hardships and the pleasure of the life of the blueberry plantation owner. Of course, it is also beneficial for the company."

"Our company has three marketing channels: supermarkets, wholesale markets, and picking fruit. Since market competition is intense and the majority of consumers knows to appreciate fresh fruit, blueberry plantations develop at a high pace, for example when it comes to soil condition, climate and weather, nursery stock, and management."
