Butterball recently announced the appointments of two members of its leadership team.

Neal Walsh, who took over as chief operating officer at the end of 2020, will be responsible for the companys operations across its six turkey processing facilities. He has been with Butterball since 2007 and was most recently promoted to the role of vice president of operations in April 2019.

Taking over the role of VP of operations is Bill Folk. Folk was most recently the complex general manager for Butterball’s Mount Olive, NC processing facility. Under his role, Folk will oversee supply chain operations as well as food safety, plant safety, and quality assurance. Folk has been with Butterball since 2006.
