A new concentrated lamb seasoning has been introduced by EHL Ingredients, along with its mint, garlic and rosemary marinade, to bring a welcome twist to traditional spring dishes.

The seasoning contains a blend of oregano, chilli, cumin, rosemary, parsley, turmeric, garlic and tomato. Perfect for rubbing onto a leg of lamb, it enables food manufacturers to add extra taste to spring lamb.

The mint, garlic and rosemary marinade, meanwhile, can be rubbed onto lamb joints, cutlets and chops ready for roasting, baking, grilling or cooking sous-vide style.
