Israel-based kosher dairy foods company Gold Frost has extended its exclusive distribution agreement with Danish dairy producer Arla.

The extension will be valid for one year and will be effective from 29 December last year until 31 December this year.

“Arla has agreed to provide us with an additional year of exclusivity in distributing their cheese and butter products in Israel.”

According to the new agreement, Arla has given Gold Frost exclusive rights to import, export and distribute Arla cheese and butter products in Israel.

The rights awarded to Gold Frost are subject to purchase of certain minimum quotas of Arla products.

Arla also has retained a right to terminate the agreement under certain circumstances, including in the case of the death or permanent incapacity of Iram Graiver, or him no longer being involved in Gold Frost.
