Vitas knowledge of the Thai market and its well-established customer network will be an asset for Barentz, the company said, while Vitas product portfolio will be greatly widened with Barentz product range and production facilities in the region.

While Vita is part of the VIV Group, a distributor of a wide range of ingredients, the Joint Venture, Vita Barentz, will mainly be active within Thailands fast-growing food sector, especially focussing on health and nutrition Ingredients.
