In accordance with the Food Safety Act and Regulation, the Environmental Health Directorate has informed the public that according to information received from the involved company, and later through the Rapid alert System for Food and Feed, the following product must not be consumed. 

There is a possibility that it could contain fragments of a different type of mushroom than that declared on the label, which is as of yet unidentified.
