Dawn Foods has introduced a new, all natural flavour Pomegranate Compound to its range.

It can be used to add the refreshing taste of pomegranate and a pink hue to frostings and filling creams in cakes and desserts, as well as ice creams, mousses and milkshakes.

The new launch joins the companys existing range of 20 compounds flavours, many of which have also recently been reformulated to provide a whole range of completely natural flavour pastes to the bakery and food production sectors.

Made with concentrated pomegranate juice, the Pomegranate Compound – like the other fruit based compounds in the range – uses natural pectin as its binding system.
